White's Mtn 1st Annual Celtic Alabama Festival

As most of you all know we are very much into the Scottish Family History (and Irish on my side ;)). So when we heard there would be a Celtic festival all of 5 miles from our house, we jumped at the chance to go. It was a small festival, but I think it has a lot of potential. They had the bagpipes, Irish dancers, fiddles and a few kilts. Of course P was proudly sporting his full gear, but he wasn't the only one. Little Bit and Miss Priss were dressed in theirs as well!

Aren't they cute in their kilts and Scotland shirts!?!

This was Little Bits first festival and I think it was a good one to take her to. She enjoyed listening to the music, watching the dancers and even dancing a little bit herself.

The girls eating lunch while listening to the bagpipes.

Miss Priss and Papaw taking it all in.

Slip Jig from Huntsville. They were okay, but it needed to be a little louder.

D, Daddy, Miss Priss and Little Bit all dressed for the day.

Little Bit expressing how much she loves the festival.

The next generation's love of photography has already begun.
Miss Priss loves to borrow D's camera and take as many pictures as her
little heart desires. She is already talking about asking Santa for her own
digital camera for Christmas!!

Here is one of her "creative" shots.
I thought it was pretty cool!

Watching the bagpipers perform one last time.
