Around the house in March

His sisters made him a lego Mystery Machine. He was a wee bit excited. They created it with no instructions or pattern!

LOL I'm not sure why he felt the need to wrap up in the beanbag and take a nap!

We split half a cow with Corey and Anna. I'm so excited to have some Red Hill Beef back in our freezer again. Need to order a half for ourselves soon. So yummy!

He's a robot and speaks like one too!

She-bot!

My goodness my girls have some talent. This is a baby blanket Abby just finished up for our friends Matt and Tiff. Baby Boy #2, Keian, was just born this month. Abby crocheted this lovely blanket and the two bee stuffed animals. She purchased all the yarn herself and spent countless hours on this precious gift. It couldn't have matched any more perfectly with his nursery too!

Hanging out with Mama while she works on the computer.

Dada laying in the floor with the littles to watch a movie. He didn't mean to fall alseep!

Camping at the outfitter

With weather this beautiful we had to take advantage of a camping trip. Instead of setting up tents, this time we just decided to set up mattresses on the outfitter deck and hammocks in the trees. It was a perfect set up for Benjamin's first camping trip. We grilled, we roasted marshmallows for smores, we enjoyed the campfire and we slept outdoors. It's nice having a campground in your back yard.

Have I mentioned how much I love these lights?

PJs on and ready!

Testing out the sleeping spot.

I wish I had taken a picture of EC and Perry the next morning. Their mattress was almost completely deflated. Perry's feet were straight up in the air and EC was sleeping sideways trying not to roll down on top of Perry. Needless to say that mattress went in the garbage! It was a hilarious site to see.

He slept all night no problem and loved every minute of the whole experience.

The big girls slept in their hammocks all night.

Ella Claire turns 5!

She's a whole hand today!

Such a cute little birthday girl. With the world being crazy right now we've had to postpone her birthday party. I don't know when we'll be able to celebrate with all her friends, but when we do we will make it a grand one! For now all of her family will be coming to see her over the next couple of days.

We made sure to make up for it by showering her with all the gifts!

Hanging out at the outfitter on her birthday. Everyone that came through had to tell the birthday girl to have a happy day!

Trying to get that pesky little brother out of her birthday picture. Lol. Cheese!

Her annual trout lily photo. This year she designed the shoot. She wanted to wear her unicorn dress and cowgirl boots! Cutie!!

She's just so stinking cute and has added so much fun to our days. Happy birthday EC!

Hanging out at the outfitter

We have big plans this year for the outfitter!! This is the logo we are going to use for our first annual MacGyver race the first weekend in June. We have finalized everything, but we're thinking of teams with no more than 6 guys. Everything must be a repurposed item that was not originally part of a boat of some sort. The newly constructed boat must make it from start to finish with a one man driver. Either first one back or best time back (depending on how many boats we actually have participate) wins the grand prize. With the entry fees we're hoping to offer something really big and cool for the grand prize and a couple of okay second and third place prizes. It's gonna be a cool new addition!

The truck dumping the new wood chips off was really loud!

Our first official (return) customer for the 2020 season. We love seeing Tom and his family and we love hosting the van!!

Couldn't go another season without our sticker!

After they dumped all the woodchips these two played their hearts out as king and queen of the mountain. They were sooooooo dirty!

On top of the WORLD!

Playing with his new bubble machine. Whatever it takes to keep them entertained.

Waiting for customers. My favorite is Emily in this picture though.

Static girl.

And she finally wore herself out swinging.

The new woodchips look fantastic!

Playing with the ash in the fire pit.

Best buds!

French Ben Ben.

She had way too much fun with this stuff!

Another lizard loved on by Ben Ben.
