Another Ladies Homestead Meeting in the books. This month Marnay gave a quick 15-minute talk about getting your heaters ready for winter. It's so important to make sure you can stay warm! She added a couple of minutes in about wildfire safety as well seeing as how they seem to be popping up in this area a lot!
The main topic was freeze drying food. These ladies did a great job. A freeze dryer is on my list for one day for sure!
