Another fun Ladies Homestead Meeting where Marnay and I presented. I gave the small talk on how to glass eggs. We recently started doing this ourselves and it is definitely worth it. Marnay was the main presenter and she gave everyone a lesson on cheese making. She demonstrated how to make a soft farm cheese. The ladies were able to get their hands in on it as well. As Marnay demonstrated, the ladies followed along with their different types of milk at 4 different stations. It was a great night. Granny T and D were both in town at the time and they got to see Marnay in action.
Nearly 100 ladies came to this meeting.
She's just so darn cute!
