So we've been baking bread for a while now, but after going to class last month we've really tried to take it to a whole nother level. I broke down and bought the electric miller (great decision by the way...it does in 2 minutes what might take us 4 days with the hand miller) and several 6-gallon buckets of wheat berries. We have made everything from plain loaf bread to hamburger buns and cinnamon rolls and everything in-between. No more dead store-bought flour for us. It's all freshly milled good stuff in the Hays house now!
