Our little Miss Priss had to try out for choir this year. I was under the impression that if a child wanted to be part of the choir, they were part of the choir. Not at SES! Each child has to go through the try-out process (matching notes from a keyboard, singing for the teacher in front of others and good behavior) and then a list is passed out to the teachers to tell them who made the cut. Only about half the children make!!! WOW, had no idea it would be such a big deal and we are SOOOOO PROUD of this young lady for making it!
