This summer the girls were able to spend another week at the cabin in North Carolina with Granny T and Papa Jim. They had a blast as usual and can't wait to go back. Here are just a few snapshots from throughout the week.

The girls had a great week in North Carolina. Thanks to Granny T and Papa Jim, Mommy and Daddy had a great time in North Carolina too. Pictures from our trip to Grandfather Mountain coming soon.

Oh, how Papa Jim & I love those two little girls!!! We loved having them up at the cabin for a week last summer (actually two weeks but not back to back). I'm so glad they wanted to come back again this year. It's such a special time that we can all spend together! We get to do things that we don't get to do back home. Plus, they find really cute ways to entertain themselves, like when they put their sleeping bags on & pretended to be ghosts. Then they got to be the first ones to try out the new porch swing. Miss Priss was really in to learning how to play Solitaire. She's a smart little girl & was quickly getting the hang of it. Papa Jim & I are already looking forward to next summer!!
