My new preservation hobby is fermentation. It's such a cool process and these radishes turned out so good. You make a salt water brine, let them sit 2-7 days depending on the veggie type and then stick them in the fridge for up to 6 months. They're great as a side to just about any meal and they're so good for a healthy microbiome in your gut!

What the kitchen floor looks like most days. We won't let them take the legos to any other room in the house because, well they'll take over the entire house! So they all 4 play right here and it's great!
