Sweet Pea wasn't due for another 2 months we thought! Eek! Abby went to feed the goats one day and came running back saying Mama there's something wrong with Sweet Pea. I ran out and saw that her baby was breech and hanging half way out. After pulling and pulling I thought I would never be able to get that baby out. I gave it one more big tug and it slid right out. Unfortunately it was a still born and we didn't have a baby goat to play with. Good news though, we were able to go ahead and milk her. We had goat's milk until we went to Scotland. Then she decided to stop producing. We think she didn't like the lady that was milking her while we were gone. Oh well, better luck next time.
